Matthew BrooksExecutive Director
Matthew is the leader of the Carriage Hill Team! He is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the building. Matthew oversees the management team, and helps the building maintain good operating order, while catering to the overall satisfaction and concerns of the residents. Matthew loves football and played in college.


Megan SunwallExecutive Administrative Assistant
As the Executive Administrative Assistant, Megan is Matthew’s assistant while also serving as support staff to the Marketing and Business offices. Megan also works on special projects and takes care of unique resident needs. Megan likes to bake sweet treats, especially pies, for her friends and family.


Melissa JohnsonHuman Resources Director/Business Office Manager
 As the Human Resources Director, Melissa serves as an advocate for employees and is responsible for handling documentation for all new employees. As the Business Office Manager, Melissa is also responsible for handling our financial business and assisting residents with financial questions when needed.  Melissa loves coaching youth soccer.

Courtney AndersonActivities Director for Assisted Living
Courtney is our director of fun! She is responsible for creating and implementing a social calendar for our residents. Courtney plans fun and exciting things for our Assisted Living residents on a daily basis that helps promote their overall well-being, and that stimulates our residents cognitive and physical functioning. Courtney enjoys going on adventures with her husband. Whether its beach trips, Kayaking, or just quality time with their family.
Cheri Carter
Cheri CarterDirector of First Impressions/Receptionist
As the Director of First Impressions and Receptionist, Cheri is the friendly face that will greet you as you come in our front doors.  Cheri ensures that each caller or visitor is directed to the department that will be most helpful in answering any of their questions. She also maintains our front lobby to keep it looking warm and inviting!


Zachariah KrecidloDirector of Marketing

As the Director of Marketing, Zach is responsible for developing and implementing all marketing campaigns for Carriage Hill Retirement. He is responsible for building and maintaining Assisted Living occupancy through the implementation of a facility marketing plan and application of sales techniques. Zach loves playing guitar. Come on by to see him play for our residents.

Star HartDirector of Dining Services
 As the Director of Dining Services, Star, focuses on providing our residents with well balanced and nutritional meals daily. She focuses on providing a wide variety of options for our residents to choose from when it comes to meals. Insert fun fact here. Star has a true passion for food and the joy it brings to those she gets to cook for.


Buddy HinkleMaintenance Director
 As the Maintenance Director, Buddy, oversees the maintenance and plant operations of the building. He is responsible for addressing resident concerns regarding maintenance issues and housekeeping. Buddy also works to maintain the physical plant operations of the community. Buddy loves salt water fishing. From the pier or out on the sea, he never feels so alive.
