The Executive Director is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the building. The Executive Director oversees the management team, and helps the building maintain good operating order, while catering to the overall satisfaction and concerns of the residents.
Tahlia Brooks
Tahlia BrooksBusiness Office Manager
The Business Office Manager and Controller oversees the financial functions of the building at large, and the financial responsibilities of our residents. The Business Office Manager also oversees the Human Resources Department, and is the reporting manager of our Directors of First Impressions.
Christie Barnes

The Human Resources Director is responsible for all paperwork and documentation regarding
new hiring of employees at Carriage Hill. The Human Resources Director serves as an advocate for employees, and is the individual responsible for processing payroll for all employees. The Human Resources oversees the Front Desk, and assists in several of the administrative duties of the building.

The Activities Director is responsible for creating and implementing a social calendar for our residents. The Activities Director plans fun and exciting things for our residents to do on a daily basis that helps promote their overall well-being, and that stimulates our residents cognitive and physical functioning.

The Director of Central Services oversees the housekeeping and transportation functions of the building. They are also responsible for assistance with ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe environment for our residents to reside in.

The Maintenance Director oversees the maintenance and plant operations of the building. The Maintenance director and their team are responsible for addressing resident concerns regarding maintenance issues. The Maintenance director oversees the maintenance staff, and collaboratively they also work to maintain the physical plant operations of the community.

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the oversight and management of the overall nursing department for both the Assisted Living and Memory Care. The Nursing Supervisor assists in the coordination of care for our residents in addition to making sure that our nursing employees are fulfilling their commitment to providing our residents with caring, compassionate service.

The Dining Services Director is the direct reporting manager of all dining staff. The Dining Services Director is responsible for the creating of the resident menus, and making sure that our residents are receiving snacks and nourishment several times a day to help with their overall well-being and functioning. The Dining Services Manager oversees the operation of distribution of meals to all residents and caters several special events and marketing ventures for the building.

The Assisted Living Coordinator is the individual in charge of directly coordinating the care and oversight of the Assisted Living nursing staff. The Coordinator handles the management of the nursing functions for the residents residing in the Assisted Living center.

The Director of First Impressions/Receptionist is our properties first impression and ensures that each caller or visitor is directed to the department that will be most helpful in answering any of their questions.
