The Regional Executive Director is responsible for the overall day to day operations of the building. The Regional Executive Director oversees the management team, and helps the building maintain good operating order, while catering to the overall satisfaction and concerns of the residents.

The Executive Director provides routine guidance in a manner conducive to the comfort and safety of residents in accordance with Federal, State, and local regulations. This includes managing the overall business functions of the facility and assuring the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

The Human Resources Director/Business Office Manager is responsible for all paperwork and documentation regarding
new hiring of employees at Carriage Hill. The Human Resources Director/Business Office Manager serves as an advocate for employees, and is the individual responsible for processing payroll for all employees.

Samantha JordanActivities Director for Assisted Living
The Activities Director is responsible for creating and implementing a social calendar for our residents. The Activities Director plans fun and exciting things for our Assisted Living residents on a daily basis that helps promote their overall well-being, and that stimulates our residents cognitive and physical functioning.

Carlos DayActivities Coordinator for Memory Care
The Activities Coordinator assists in implementing appropriate activities that benefit our Memory Care residents. The Activities Coordinator will also recognize and respond to the needs of the resident, communicate a sense of caring, concern and dignity for residents.

The Director of First Impressions/Receptionist is our properties first impression and ensures that each caller or visitor is directed to the department that will be most helpful in answering any of their questions.

The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing all marketing campaigns for Carriage Hill Retirement. The Director of Marketing is responsible for building and maintaining Assisted Living occupancy through the implementation of a facility marketing plan and application of sales techniques.

Lori Bradford

The Director of Dining Services focuses on providing our residents with three well balanced, nutritional, chef-prepared meals daily. At Carriage Hill we focus on providing a wide variety of options for our residents to choose from when it comes to meals. Our dining team works to accommodate for our residents selective palettes, and is creative in providing specialized dishes for every meal.

The Maintenance Director oversees the maintenance and plant operations of the building. The Maintenance director and their team are responsible for addressing resident concerns regarding maintenance issues. The Maintenance director oversees the maintenance staff, and collaboratively they also work to maintain the physical plant operations of the community.
